  • Evangelism requires someone to preach, someone to hear, and someone to call on the name of the Lord.

  • Evangelism is the necessary proclamation of the Good News.

  • The Greek word sōzō means to be delivered from fear, sickness and disease, and all cares of this world

  • The word evangelism comes from the Greek word euangelizō and means “to announce”

  • Euangelizō really means to announce the Good News

  • Another Greek word for evangelize is kēryssō and means to “proclaim” or “preach”

  • We proclaim whatever Jesus has done to you.
